You could never go wrong with investing on real properties. House and Lots value will never ever depreciate. It has always been our dream to own a house and lot. Two years back we are suppose to own a house and lot, it was big and spacious. The price was reasonable, in fact many people says it was cheap. The process was a little odd however we were able to get through it. Just when the loan was approved the owner back out.
Last week we decided to buy a smaller yet very much affordable house and lot. This property may not be as big as our dreamed house however this will be good for the four of us. This is a small house but this is our home, at least we have now a place we can call our own.
